FRIGG Baby's First Pacifier Set (Size 1, 0–6 Months)
What it’s for: A pacifier supports non-nutritive sucking — the calming, non-feeding kind that helps a newborn settle between feeds, wind down for sleep, and self-soothe. FRIGG is the pick for babies who are latching and feeding well and simply have a preference. If your little one is still working through a latch or suck challenge, that’s a different pacifier conversation — reach out and we’ll point you to the right one.
Why the variety helps: Some babies take to soft, warm natural rubber; others prefer firmer, odorless silicone. Some settle best on an anatomical nipple, others on a symmetrical or round one. Rather than guessing, you get to watch which your baby actually reaches for — and the glow-in-the-dark Moon is easy to find in the crib on a 3 a.m. wake-up.
When to use it: If you’re breastfeeding, offer a pacifier once nursing is well established, often around 3–4 weeks, so it doesn’t compete with those early days of latch practice. Size 1 is made for 0–6 months; size up to a 2 as baby grows.
What’s inside (4 pacifiers):
- Butterfly — silicone, anatomical nipple
- Lucky — silicone, symmetrical nipple
- Moon (glow-in-the-dark) — silicone, round nipple
- Rope — natural rubber, round nipple
Materials & safety: 100% natural rubber latex and medical-grade SilkySoft™ silicone nipples on a 100% food-grade PP shield. Free of BPA, BPS, PVC, and phthalates. Third-party tested to CPSIA, ASTM, and Prop 65 standards. Made in Denmark.
How to care for it:
- Before first use and to clean: place the pacifier in a bowl and pour boiling water over top. Let it sit 3–5 minutes — do not submerge longer than 5 minutes — then set on a flat surface to air dry.
- Do not use sterilizers, microwaves, or dishwashers.
- Check before every use and discard at the first sign of damage or wear. Replace after 1–2 months of consistent use.
- Natural rubber nipples may expand with use — this is normal.
- Never tie a pacifier around baby’s neck or to the crib.
